Calculate. Place. Document.

This independent CoolTeck engineering tool increases sensor quantities with room size, assigns exact wall coordinates and elevations, and produces detailed wired and wireless reports with placement figures.

Hard capacity limits4 wired · wireless selectable: 4 / 6 / 8 / 10Wired gateways support up to 4 sensors. Wireless gateway capacity is user-selectable (4 default, then 6, 8 or 10). Gateways are rounded up per physical room. Shared wireless redundancy is calculated only after main capacity is satisfied.

One setting for the complete project

General settings — all rooms

Set common design and thermal-risk assumptions once, then apply them to every saved room. Room names, dimensions, quantities, adjacency and room-specific temperature limits are preserved.

Example: set Evaporators to 0 and click Apply; every room and every project report will use no evaporators.
Offline room schedule import

Upload Excel or CSV

Import .xlsx, .xls, .csv, or .tsv without an internet connection. The parser is embedded in this single HTML file.

Required columns: Room Name, Length (m), Width (m), Height (m). Optional columns include Location, Quantity, Design Option, Area Type, Room Arrangement, Adjacent Bank ID, Bank Position, Validated RF Range (m), Bank Axis, Grid Spacing (m), Vertical Strategy, Doors, Evaporators, Loading Zones, Hot/Cold Spots, and Centre/Rack Zones.

Placement plan

Horizontal stations and thermal-risk points with sensor IDs.

Vertical coverage section

Adaptive sensor levels through the working height.

3D room coverage

Axonometric view of the room envelope and calculated sensor elevations. Risk points remain subject to the site survey.

Wired gateway placement and cable routes

Exact side/wall gateway positions and individual measured sensor cable routes.

Wireless gateway placement and RF assignments

Enter a validated RF range to check the longest assigned link.

Sensor coordinate register

Grid coordinates are calculated; equipment and operational risk points require site confirmation.
